"Description wasn’t accurate"
The item I received really wasn’t as described, which was disappointing. I also had to chase them to get any sort of response about it, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Issue sorted faster than I expected"
I had a problem with my order and, to be honest, I was frustrated at first. I got in touch with asphaltgold and after a little back and forth, they sorted it out properly. The refund/solution came through just like they said it would. Obviously it would’ve been better if there hadn’t been an issue in the first place, but these things happen. What matters is how it’s handled, and they were fair about it in the end. 5 stars from me.

I ordered a pair of sneakers and they showed up quicker than I expected, just around 3 days I think. The tracking worked fine too, so that was nice. I’m only not giving 5 stars because the box was a bit bashed on one corner, but the shoes themselves were totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with the delivery

"Legit, but the slow updates felt avoidable"
Asphaltgold seems legit and my order did arrive, so that part was fine. The only thing was the updates were slow, which felt avoidable and made me a bit unsure while waiting. I’d probably order again, but I’m not fully confident yet

"I really liked these shoes when…"
I really liked these shoes when I saw them, and they looked just as nice in person. The only thing is, the sizes seem to sell out quickly, so if you see your size, I’d probably grab it before they’re gone.

"Shoes were okay, packaging was a joke"
The shoes themselves were fine, no real complaints there, but the box showed up completely crushed like some clown had been tossing it around all day. For the price, I expected way better packaging. I’m not asking for anything fancy, just something that doesn’t look like it survived a wrestling match before getting to my door.

I’ve got to say, I’m always a little skeptical about refunds because they can take forever, but this one came back quick. Personally, that makes a big difference to me, so I was happy with the experience.

I ordered from Asphaltgold when they had a discount promo running and managed to save a decent amount on a pair of sneakers I’d already been eyeing, so that felt like a small win. The code worked at checkout without any hassle or weird errors, and shipping was totally fine too. I’d definitely keep an eye on them again when they’ve got sales going.

"Shipping was better than I expected"
I ordered from Asphaltgold i was pleased with the shipping cost. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it ended up being cheaper than I thought, and they showed the price clearly before checkout. I didn’t run into any surprise extra fees at the end, which was nice. The package arrived in good shape too, so for what I paid for shipping, I really can’t complain.

"Helpful support, just a little stressful"
I had to ask about my order cause the tracking wasn’t updating for a couple days and I got kinda worried. I messaged Asphaltgold and they replied quick, sure it was the same day. They were nice and actually checked what was going on, not just some copy paste reply. After that my parcel started moving again. Giving 4 stars because waiting with no update did make me nervous, but the customer service was helpful and felt like real people answering.

"Sizes Go Quickly"
The selection is nice, but the sizes sell out fast, which is a little frustrating. If you see your size available, I’d definitely grab it right away instead of waiting.

"Pretty impressed, honestly"
I got my sneakers from asphaltgold and I’m really happy with them. They showed up looking exactly like they should, no random glue marks, no scuffs, nothing weird. I’ve been wearing them a ton already and they still feel sturdy and comfortable. i was expecting at least one small issue because that’s just how online orders go sometimes. BUT NOPE, they actually nailed it. I’d definitely buy from them again

"Felt like I just couldn’t catch a break at the store"
I went in hoping for a simple shopping trip, but it was disappointing. The staff barely helped me, and of course the sizes I needed were missing. Then checkout took way longer than it should have, so by the end I just felt like the whole visit was working against me.
